Introduction

Protocols – The world of technology includes a vast number of devices that communicate with each other according to specific rules and methods, known as protocols, and these protocols determine how the user communicates with machines and how devices interact with the data received

Data Transfer Control Protocol

Transmission Control Protocol refers to as TCP, is one of the protocols used to exchange data over a single network, they design it to send data packets over the Internet and ensure that they are successfully delivered from one end to another, and is one of the most commonly used internet protocols in digital networks.

The data transfer control protocol creates a connection between the data sender and the recipient, then ensures that the link remains available during the entire transmission process, and divides large data amounts into small packages that can run successfully sent from one end to another designed by the u.s.

Department of defense to support data transmission between devices. In addition, the data transfer control protocol ensures that all data packets from the sender reach the future. So it is used to transfer data from high-level protocols that need all data to remain accessed from one end to another and is a protocol that can be developed and includes the use of new protocols through it.

User Data Pack Protocol

User Datagram Protocol refers to as UDP, is one of the oldest types of protocols used to transmit data over the Internet, as is the TCP protocol. Still, the user data packet protocol is more effective in speeding up and not delaying data packet transfer.

It sends data without examining errors during the transfer process, making it appropriate to send data packets for real-time applications. The user data packet protocol is used for live broadcasts and online games. Although this protocol is fast to transfer data. It is not considered appropriate to send data packets that must be fully verified without losing any package.

Internet Protocol

Internet Protocol, referred to as IP, is defined as a protocol for addressing data transmitted over the network. Using the future party address within the data package to transfers to guide those packages across different network points and then connect them to the receiving party.

Each device connected to the network has a different Internet address from any other address.  Consisting of numbers that form the address of one device and examples of versions of Those titles; 192.168.1.2.

The Internet protocol encapsulates the data packages to be sent in what is known as an IP address, which includes the address of the device sent to the box. And the address of the device that is in its future and adds to the data package much other information such as the size of the package, and the duration of its survival.

Over the network, before ignoring it. The data package created by this protocol moves either through TCP or UDP. Still, TCP is often uses to form a protocol known as TCP/IP. The most commonly used protocol in connecting internets.

Post Office Protocol

Post Office Protocol, referred to as POP. It is a protocol for retrieving email from a particular mail server, and pop3 is the primary version that is now gathers because of its robust security features. This type of email protocol is use by many email service providers. Where POP allows the user to access. And read their email address even if offline.

By downloading emails through the user’s device and then deleting the version via the central server. So emails that use post office protocol can only always access through the device itself.

Simple Mail Transfer Protocol

The Simple Mail Transfer Protocol is refers to as SMTP. Is the standard protocol most commonly used in online email services. Providing the ability to send. And receive emails from one party to another based on each party’s email address.

And provides the possibility to send one message to more than one address at the matching time. Allowing files or documents to include via email. As well as It enables messages to send over networks outside the Internet.

File Transfer Protocol

FTP is the most common way to share files between two computers connected to a single network. Which are the primary means of downloading and transferring files from websites online. Most of which includes a built-in file protocol. In contrast, others provide free downloads to users to download the data on this site.

Hypertext Transfer Protocol

Hypertext Transfer Protocol is refers to as HTTP. It is the primary protocol we use all over the World Wide Web. Which regulates the coordination of website requests and procedures that website servers. And browsers must follow to respond to orders from Internet users. Electronic required.

A specific version of HTTP, hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure. Refers to HTTPS can secure the encrypted user-website connection. Preventing hackers from allowing hackers to modify data transmitted to and from the user.
